Homemade Muffins

Maci did not have school, again today due to the weather, so she made homemade muffins from scratch and a made up her own recipe.

She said that they didn't turn out too well, but I ate one and they were very delicious. There is not much going on....kind of boring, but also kind of nice.

Work, laundry, dishes, a familiar routine.

For dinner I had left over chili, but Jim and Maci had chili cheese fries. So, I felt at this time, to remind me years from now, I would share this fact......

I have not eaten a french fry in over a year!
