Bonfire

On the night before the Ripley vs. Ravenswood Football Game, Ripley High School holds a bonfire at the RMS.  At this bonfire, the band plays, the football players give speeches, and they "burn the Ravenswood Red Devil". 

Jim and I remember going to the bonfires when we were students at Ripley High School.  This may be the last bonfire we attend.  At the least, the last one that we attend because we have a Ripley High School student.  Sniff.  Sniff.
